Dine by the European-style lake in the beauty of a bald cypress forest — a scene straight out of Europe

Jingfang Garden is a scenic restaurant located in Tianwei, Changhua, covering an area of approximately 6,740 square meters. Its entrance is diagonally in front of the “Flower Lodge Homestay.” The restaurant generally offers buffet (Buffet) meals at lunchtime, afternoon tea-style dishes in the afternoon, and a main course plus semi-buffet (Semi Buffet) in the evening.

The main scenery is found around the pond outside the glasshouse dining area, as well as the towering bald cypress forest that extends from the entrance all the way in and surrounds both the pond and the walking paths. As the year draws to a close and the approach of the Lunar New Year nears, the winter chill gradually makes its way to central and southern Taiwan, and the bald cypress forest dons a new coat of vibrant red to welcome the new year. This is also when Jingfang Garden showcases its most famous scenery. Some say it looks like a scene from Europe, while others claim it’s the most beautiful garden in all of Taiwan.
