After introducing the steak rice shop “CooK BEEF!” and the spicy hotpot chain “Ma Laodà,” Wowprime Group is gearing up to launch another new brand, “Zha Niu,” a fried steak specialty store. Fans of Japanese-style fried beef can look forward to possibly enjoying the delicious taste of “Japanese fried steak” in Taiwan.
The “CooK BEEF!” steak rice shop opened in Taipei’s Xinyi District, and this time the first outlet of the fried steak specialty store “Zha Niu” will be located near the Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station in Taipei’s Eastern District. The store is currently under construction and is expected to open in early July. Prices will range from NT$298 to NT$458 per dish.

In the past, Wowprime Group excelled in the high-end dining segment and achieved strong growth. However, the high-end dining market is relatively small. Wowprime Group Chairman Chen Cheng-hui stated that the group will focus on the mid-price dining market in the future, with single-item prices under NT$400 and a positioning in casual dining. In addition to stabilizing its existing brands, Wowprime Group will also actively develop new brands, bringing internally incubated concepts to market. The group plans to launch at least one new brand within the next year.
