“Oh my god, how did the billboard turn into a nude painting?” A fun phenomenon has recently emerged on the streets of downtown Paris, where many large advertisements have quietly been replaced by famous artworks, attracting many passersby to stop and admire them.

In fact, this is the latest creation by French street artist Etienne Lavie titled “Oh my god, who stole my ads? (OMG, Who Stole My Ads?),” in which Etienne Lavie secretly appeared around various corners of the city, especially in areas heavily “invaded by ads.” He hopes to use the insertion of famous paintings to question advertising culture and allow busy urban residents to recharge with a bit of “artistic energy” on their way to and from work.
