For 10 consecutive years, Hawaiian Airlines has once again topped the list as the most punctual airline in the United States.

According to a report by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Hawaiian Airlines has been the most punctual airline in the U.S. for 10 years in a row.

In 2013, Hawaiian Airlines achieved an average on-time performance rate of 93.3%, ranking first in 11 out of 12 months of the year, and exceeding the industry average by 15%. In December of last year, Hawaiian Airlines also led the industry with a 92.4% on-time rate.

In December last year, Hawaiian Airlines also had the lowest flight cancellation rate among all airlines, with only 11 out of 6,032 flights canceled (equivalent to a 0.2% cancellation rate).

Timothy Liu (Liu Guihao), Senior Director of International Sales and Marketing for Hawaiian Airlines Asia-Pacific, stated that this recognition is attributed to the Hawaiian Airlines team’s unwavering commitment to getting passengers to their destinations on time. Achieving high on-time performance requires tremendous effort, including daily close monitoring of weather and flight conditions, adjusting flight schedules as needed, or reassigning aircraft due to maintenance issues. None of these efforts would be possible without the continuous teamwork of the flight operations management team, as well as all ground and cabin crew members dedicated to every single flight.
