A gathering of master chefs with exquisite culinary skills that even impressed the President of the United States

With its global headquarters based in Taipei,Regent Hotels & Resortswill invite brand-affiliated chefs from Berlin (Germany), Beijing (China), Phuket (Thailand), and Bali (Indonesia) to host a culinary event titled “Regent Flavors Taiwan” from March 20 to 22, featuring six exquisite meals.

Among the four invited chefs is Christian Lohse, known as the “Most Creative Chef in Germany.” He is the head chef at Fischers Fritz in Berlin’s Regent Hotel and has maintained Michelin two-star status for seven consecutive years. Chef Lohse will take charge at Robin’s Restaurant on the second floor of Taipei’s Regent Taipei from March 20 to 22, presenting six lunches and dinners. The menu will follow the concept of “Menu Blanc” — a blank menu with no fixed dishes, allowing dishes to be created based on the fresh ingredients available each day.

Another guest is Executive Chef Song Litao from Beijing Regent Hotel. He will visit Regent Lanson Place, Kenting, where he will prepare dishes — including those once made for former U.S. President George H. W. Bush — at the hotel’s Lanson Place Buffet from March 21 to 22.
