Singapore Airlines recruits flight attendants in Taiwan with no limit on numbers, offering a monthly salary of NT$80,000

Singapore Airlines announced that it plans toMarch 21–22recruit flight attendants in Taiwan. In addition to various employee benefits,the basic monthly salary plus allowances total approximately S$3,500, which is about NT$80,500..

Singapore Airlines stated that candidates for flight attendant positions must havea bachelor’s degree, be fluent in both Chinese and English, and be willing to live in Singapore. They will also undergo a three- to four-month training program. Upon completing the training, new flight attendants will receive, in addition to their monthly salary and allowances, an annual year-end bonus equivalent to one month’s base salary and performance bonuses. They are also entitled to one free flight per year to any destination served by Singapore Airlines, along with other employee travel perks.

Lin Yu-chi, the company’s marketing communications manager, said that Singapore Airlines has no limit on the number of new flight attendants it recruits—anyone who meets the requirements and is qualified will be considered. Based on past experience, each recruitment round typically hires around 30 to 50 new recruits.
