Luodong Superman-Themed American Restaurant: There's a Fun and Eye-Catching Phone Booth at the Entrance

Recently, I discovered a pretty good American restaurant in Luodong. It has a fresh style and is Superman-themed, which is quite interesting. There are plenty of menu options—steak meals, afternoon tea, brunch, and, of course, burgers. It’s a rare new choice in this area. A friend who tried it highly recommended we come here to eat. While little Bagel was napping at home, we came to give it a try—Up！

This is a dating-friendly American restaurant, not far from Luodong Railway Station. It’s across from Fubon Securities. Although it’s not far from the main downtown area, it’s actually quite hard to find if you don’t pass by here.

As soon as we got to the entrance, we noticed this phone booth—it’s really fun and eye-catching, haha.

But, you know what? That’s exactly where Superman changes clothes, right? Although this phone booth is British, haha. As long as it’s cute, no need to be too serious.

The interior design style of the shop is quite fresh, lively, and energetic.

Especially the large projection TV, which is the most attractive. That day, they were showing the World Cup soccer match on it. The players’ movements were so clear, and the huge screen made it super enjoyable to watch.

On the wall side, there’s a comfortable sofa area.

We’re people who really care about music, and the pop music playing in the shop that day matched the vibe perfectly. The overall atmosphere was quite relaxing.

There are also some newspapers and magazines to read near the entrance.

Behind the projection screen, there are also lots of photos of people. They must have left important memories of their lives here.

The menu: In addition to burgers, they also offer steak meals, brunch, and afternoon tea here. There are suitable meal options available from opening to closing time. There aren’t many choices for afternoon tea shops in Yilan, so we’re really happy to have this new option.

There are so many Supermen here.

If there were a life-size Superman at the entrance, fans would definitely go crazy taking photos.

If you order a steak meal, all the drinks here are unlimited refills.

Don’t be shy, help yourself to refills—that’s what the younger crowd loves the most.

In the high-ceilinged area, these two tables also have a very American rustic style.

The Supermen in this shop are truly everywhere—even on both sides of the hallway leading to the restroom, there are Superman murals.

Even Luodong 101 made an appearance~

I heard it was hand-painted. That’s so impressive.

Our group ordered the Texas Cowboy Double Cheeseburger meal, German pork knuckle, New Orleans chicken wings, cheese sticks, and the adorable Pineapple Little Superman.

The adorable Pineapple Little Superman is a burger with a pineapple bun as the outer layer. It’s small in size and super cute. There are also onion rings on the side, perfect for little ones to eat!!

Haha, and there’s even a Superman pattern on top.

The Pineapple Little Superman comes in two different flavors—one with beef and one with shrimp. If you can’t eat beef, you can also switch it to pork.

The taste of the burger is quite good—the slightly moist meat patty isn’t dry at all, and the texture is quite nice and flavorful. Especially using a pineapple bun as the burger bun, it gives off the aroma of a pineapple bun. Awesome. It’s really perfect for kids.

It even has a Superman symbol made of powdered sugar on top ! I wonder if eating it will make you fly~ so cute.

It’s quite juicy, and taking a big bite feels really satisfying. The portion is generous too—guaranteed to fill you up !

Wow~ these chicken wings are so delicious, really full of flavor !

The chicken isn’t too tough, slightly spicy~ prepared really well ! And it’s fresh; after eating, the bones aren’t black (YOU KNOW ?!)~ it’s top-notch~ highly recommended ~

Cheese sticks ! This is a staple you often see in American restaurants !

Attention all meat lovers ! This German-style pork knuckle is really excellent ! Don’t assume American restaurant food is just average—this dish really boosted my impression of this place.

The skin is slightly crispy with a bit of charred aroma. After baking, the fat part is chewy and tender, while the lean part isn’t too tough. Though not exactly tender, it still has a good bite and texture. The taste is great too, and with sauerkraut, plus dipping sauce, the flavor goes to another level !

I really have to thank my friend for ordering this dish—it was such a pleasant surprise !

Super duper highly recommended ~ next time I’ll trust the staff’s signature recommendations ^^

The fries and side dishes are also very satisfying, truly fulfilling !

It didn’t take long before the place filled up with customers.

This is truly a young, vibrant, energetic American diner perfect for dates ! As soon as you walk in to eat, you feel like you’ve become several years younger ! And the dishes we ordered this time were all great—I’ll definitely come back next time to try some other flavors.
