Hsinchu County has the highest density of amusement parks in Taiwan. To capture the peak summer travel season, major operators have pulled out all the stops to launch various promotions to attract visitors, such as Leofoo Village offering access to its water park for just NT$199–399, Zhudong Anime Theme Park giving birthday guests a 34% discount (66% of the original price), and more.ETtoday Travel Cloud has compiled a handy Hsinchu amusement park discount guide—take advantage of these special offers while they last and enjoy another round of fun this summer!

1. Leofoo Village
Leofoo Water Park has already opened, and today (the 2nd) its official Facebook page announced that residents of Hsiangshan and Lungtan townships can enter the water park for just NT$199 (original price NT$599). Additionally, those from Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli counties can enjoy a discounted rate of NT$280 (original price NT$599), while visitors from other counties/cities only need to pay NT$399. If you want to enjoy both the theme park and water park, the combo ticket is only NT$799, saving you NT$500. Notably, the park features an ice slide kept at just 6°C, with occasional bursts of dry ice—not only does it completely beat the heat, but it can even feel like being in the polar regions.

2. Wanrui Forest Park
A brand-new rainbow splash pool within the forest park will officially open on July 5. Before August 31, anyone who books a stay in the forest cabins will receive a free ticket to Little People’s Land. There is also a “Vibrant Forest Life Half-Day Tour,” which includes park entry, paintball, mountain training, grass sledding, and instructor fees. Groups of 10 or more can enjoy a special rate of NT$399 per person. The park has stated that the promotion will be extended until the end of the year.

3. Zhudong Anime Theme Park
The “Mushroom Forest Defense Battle” is Taiwan’s only real-life escape game based on the concept of escape rooms. Birthday guests in July can enjoy a 34% discount (66% of the original price) upon presenting valid ID. Additionally, until August 31, there is a “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” group promotion.

4. Little Ding-Dong Science Theme Park
No price hikes during the summer vacation. Enjoy a one-ticket, all-inclusive experience combining water, land, and snow activities. There is also a “Sweet Summer – Candy Wonderland” themed event, featuring five free experiences including a candy water world and a VR new vision zone. Full-price tickets are discounted to NT$350, student and child tickets to NT$320, and children under 3 years old can enter for free.
