Hong Kongers will be queuing up again!“Hell’s Kitchen” celebrity chef opens restaurant in Lan Kwai Fong

Following Jamie Oliver, another celebrity chef’s restaurant lands in Asia!“Hell’s Kitchen” star Gordon Ramsay’s popular London restaurant Bread Street Kitchen & Bar has arrived in Hong Kong, officially opening on September 18. This marks Gordon Ramsay’s first foray into the Asian market, strategically located at the Lan Kwai Fong Hotel to bring it closer to Hong Kong’s iconic nightlife.

Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is situated in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong. Its dining area and bar area feature 90 and 30 seats respectively, specializing in British and European cuisine. The interior design boasts a lively warehouse-style vibe, blending retro and modern décor that mirrors the style of the London outlet, creating a relaxed atmosphere in this bustling, all-day restaurant with a bar zone. Bread Street Kitchen & Bar Hong Kong offers a wide array of British delicacies, all reinterpreted with innovative techniques by Gordon Ramsay, who holds multiple Michelin stars, based on his flagship London branch.

The “interactive” bar area features a shared dining table, allowing bartenders to deliver a vibrant experience for customers. All cocktails are made with fresh ingredients and are complemented by a rich selection of international wines. Gordon Ramsay said, “This is an exciting step as we bring our successful London concept to Asia’s market with its brilliant food culture.”
