Peach Aviation surpasses 7 million passengers; new Naha–Hong Kong route to be added in 2015

Peach Aviation announced that on November 25, 2014, its total number of passengers had exceeded 7 million, marking a new milestone since the airline's launch in March 2012. Peach Aviation also plans to launch a new international route from Naha to Hong Kong in February 2015.
Peach Aviation stated that within 25 months of operation, it had turned from a loss to profitability, validating its business model. In the future, the airline aims to expand its route network and strengthen its foundation. Currently, Peach Aviation operates with Kansai International Airport in Osaka and Naha Airport in Okinawa as its hubs, offering 6 international routes and 10 domestic routes within Japan. In February 2015, it also plans to launch a second international route from Naha: the Naha–Hong Kong route, bringing Asia’s skies even closer together.
