Instant noodles can become creative cuisine – Kabuli Izakaya launches limited-time specials

The viral success of a short film about instant noodles has led to increased interest in its filming location, Kabuli Creative Cuisine Izakaya, which has decided to capitalize on the trend by securing recipe authorization from Uni-President for five creative noodle dishes featured in the film. These limited-time noodle dishes will be available from March 6 to April 18.
The five dishes are Chestnut Cake (recommended price: NT$150), Heartbreak Flavor (recommended price: NT$150), A Chance Encounter with Pork Fried Rice Noodles (recommended price: NT$80), Hawaiian Stir-Fry with Sunshine (recommended price: NT$150), and Unusual Homemade Noodles (recommended price: NT$100). In addition to using the complete instant noodles and seasoning packets, many fresh ingredients are added to enhance the flavor of these creative noodle dishes. Among them, the Chestnut Cake—typically known as a delicious French-style dessert—is reimagined in this creative dish featuring chewy noodles paired with Chinese-style fried rice, completely overturning the conventional image of chestnut cake.
