Tigerair Taiwan launches Tokyo flights on April 2; Guan Xu: More Japanese city routes to follow

For this Tokyo launch, Tigerair Taiwan has collaborated with CTBC Bank to offer a joint promotion: customers using CTBC’s automated banking services can enjoy a 10% discount on all Tigerair Taiwan flight tickets. The Taipei Taoyuan–Tokyo Narita route initially operates one daily flight, seven days a week. From April 2 to August 31, Flight IT200 departs Taoyuan at 7:00 AM, with the return Flight IT201 leaving Narita Airport at 12:10 PM. Starting September 1, the return flight time adjusts to 9:30 PM from Narita.

Tigerair Taiwan CEO Guan Xu noted that more Northeast Asian routes will be added over the next two months, and following the Tokyo launch, the airline plans to expand to additional Japanese cities. Guan said that with the support of the Tigerair Group’s network, its routes now cover the entire Northeast Asia region, providing passengers with convenient and affordable service.
