Recently, Taiwan has seen a surge in running enthusiasm. It’s not just a national sport but also a lifestyle, and many runners enjoy jogging around the world. On July 4 this year, Singapore will host the “Sundown Marathon,” which is unique because it takes place at night, allowing participants to enjoy Singapore’s dazzling nightlife and run on a Formula One racetrack.

The “Singapore Sundown Marathon” is entering its eighth edition this year and has recently attracted over 30,000 runners. This year, the organizers have added a new 5K fun run category, open to anyone aged 6 and above, making it a perfect sports carnival for family fun.

In addition, the Singapore Tourism Board has partnered with China Airlines and Southeast Travel Service to launch a special 4-day, 3-night “Singapore Sundown Marathon” package designed for fun and running. The package offers a 30% discount on the registration fee and guarantees a race entry slot, with a total price of NT$29,900. (Includes round-trip China Airlines flights between Taipei and Singapore, accommodation at the Millennium Hotels & Resorts’ Copthorne King’s Hotel Singapore, full-day private coach transfers, visits to famous Singapore landmarks such as Merlion Park, Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, and Gardens by the Bay; exploration of Singapore’s Chinatown and Little India, tasting authentic satay and SongFa Bak Kut Teh at Lau Pa Sat, and enjoying Sri Lankan crab at Jumbo Seafood.)
