A boutique hotel with a five-star service concept
Lukang Yongle Hotel UNION HOUSE Lukang opened in 2017 and is one of the few hotels in Taiwan certified by SLH (Small Luxury Hotels of the World)! It is the most luxurious hotel in Changhua and the top choice for family stays in the area.

Exceptional location
The hotel is located in the historic old town of Lukang, Changhua County, which boasts 500 years of history. Right across the street is the century-old historic site [Lukang Longshan Temple], and nearby are popular attractions such as Lukang Old Street, Touch the Breast Alley, and Zigzag Alley. There are also many famous eateries nearby. Diagonally across from the hotel are the highly recommended Old Longshi Pork Buns and the alternative favorite Ah Zhen Pork Buns. Even Wangwang Wheat Noodle Soup, Earthworm Longshan Wheat Noodle Soup, and Yuzhenzhai are all within reach, making gourmet dining extremely convenient when staying here.
It only takes a 5-minute walk to [First Market] for local snacks such as papaya milk, rice balls, crystal dumplings, and wheat noodle soup... The hotel is also not far from the Changhua Coastal Industrial Park, which has the most tourist factories in Changhua—such as Ribbon King and Roll Wood Living Museum.
During your stay, if you wish to explore Lukang, you can easily get there on foot or by bicycle without needing a car. The whole family can take the opportunity to stretch their legs and enjoy a pleasant walk.

Designed by renowned designer Wu Tsung-Yueh, who has worked on hotels such as Fulanduo Wulai Resort, Sun Moon Lake Silks Place, and Shanghai Oriental Hotel, the hotel uses lanterns as its theme, blending fashion with tradition and modernity—a common compliment. Especially in details like window views, seating arrangements, indoor lighting, and mattress firmness, guests often notice the thoughtful design. The entire property uses RAK Porcelain’s top-tier tableware sets, designated for Dubai’s royal family—making a stay at Lukang Yongle Hotel truly a treat.

Exceptionally thoughtful services
The 1F lobby houses The Diner, open 24 hours, designed with retro gold tones, calm imported marble, and warm wooden furniture as the main concepts. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in natural light, creating a very friendly, elegant, and relaxing dining environment. Free drinks and snacks are available all day, every day, for all guests.
Extra gift for stays on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday): one serving of face tea ice or grass jelly (valued at $280 + 10%)
The hotel front desk also has many children's books and board games, which can be borrowed to play in the room or enjoyed by kids in the lobby.
Located on the first floor, the outdoor THE Garden features minimalist garden design using natural elements such as pebbles, water, wood, flowers, and tropical plants. It offers an outdoor seating area and family space, complete with wooden outdoor furniture, a graffiti wall, a small sandbox, and a vintage water pump, creating a unique open-air environment where travelers can enjoy a tranquil and leisurely secret garden.
The century-old historic Longshan Temple can be easily seen from outside the rooms. Parents can bring their children to visit; the temple architecture does not use a single nail, offering both fun and educational value.
Lukang Yongle Hotel adopts a golden, simple spatial flow as the design foundation, with guest rooms integrating elegant restraint and local Lukang cultural elements as the main themes.
