The rice cake is sticky rice topped with a layer of fish floss and then drizzled with a dreamy old-braised minced pork sauce, served alongside some pickled cucumbers. The overall taste is satisfying yet not too heavy, with the savory aroma of the minced pork bursting in your mouth—it’s an utterly irresistible delicacy.

Another must-order at the shop is the braised meatballs, which are cooked in the same copper pot as the old-braised minced pork, making them incredibly flavorful.
