From June 19 to September 30, the amba Eat Bar at Taipei’s Ximending Yishe Hotel is offering a “Summer Semi-Buffet.” Guests can choose from a variety of international main dishes paired with a rich and refined salad bar. Weekday lunches start at NT$390, while weekday dinners and weekend lunches and dinners start at NT$450, providing affordable and high-value dining in the Ximending area.
The salad bar that accompanies the semi-buffet main dishes includes over 30 types of fresh vegetables, toppings, and dried fruits, such as Japanese mizuna, red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, red butterhead lettuce, purple onion, smoked duck, spiced grilled chicken, cube steak, and dried apricots. It also offers more than ten chef-made sauces for pairing, including wine vinegar dressing, Thai salad dressing, honey lemon vinaigrette, and raspberry vinaigrette. In addition to salads, the cold dishes section features cooked shrimp, dill-smoked salmon, American-style hot dogs, and flavored fried chicken wings during weekends and dinner hours. Soups, desserts, and fruits are also available.
