Essential services in hotels... Travelers: Free Wi-Fi is more important than breakfast!

According to the latest "Travel Smart Survey" from Agoda.com, most travelers believe that the most important service when staying at a hotel is "free Wi-Fi," even surpassing "breakfast."

The survey was conducted in July this year, polling over 5,000 customers globally via Agoda.com. When asked about the most desired free services in a hotel, free Wi-Fi received 55% of the votes, while free breakfast got 45%, breaking traditional preferences. Aside from valuing internet access more than breakfast, 75% of travelers also wanted larger beds, while only 25% preferred larger bathrooms.
