　　角头沙风景名胜区位于下六、草潭镇内，北从角头沙以北的沙滩起，往南沿海岸一直到草潭圩，东从下六红莳地起，西至角头沙海滩的东角，包括下六红莳地、旧庙、新文、路塘、草潭长洪、北拉、麻公、石九、草潭圩等，面积约11.07平方公里,该区主要分布在沿海，有丰富的宋代窑群遗址和大面积的风景海滩。

　　主要景点有角头沙风景区、北部湾度假村、海滨浴场、草潭渔港等。
