北埔冷泉

北埔冷泉

　　北埔冷泉位于台湾新竹县北埔乡，分布于大坪溪上游，依地质分类属于台湾西部山麓一带的沉积岩温泉。该冷泉属弱碱性碳酸泉，水色清澈至浅黄色，可饮用，带咸味，酸碱值约pH7.1，含碳酸氢根离子约3337ppm，钠离子约3134ppm，泉水中同时含有硫磺成分，是碳酸-硫磺共生泉，对治疗皮肤病具有一定的疗效。冷泉池旁的告示牌标注夏季水温约15℃，冬季约10℃，来此浸泡可洗去一身尘气，让人通体舒畅。

　　游客从北埔至冷泉车行约20分钟，沿途丘陵青翠，溪水清澈，景观饶富变化，坝堤瀑布蔚为特色，河床两岸的美景更是美不胜收，让人深深陶醉其中。
