秦代造船遗址

　　秦代造船遗址位于一座东西长300米的土岗上，1975年进行了试掘，发现有3座造船台以及木料加工场的遗址。每座船台由两行平行的大木板组成滑道，其下以枕木承垫，滑板上筑有两两相对的木墩承架船体。木料加工场内发现有用以烤弯木料的“弯木地牛”，并出土了铁凿、铁锛、铁挣凿、木垂球等造船工具。

　　这座造船场建于秦始皇统一岭南时期，至西汉文、景年间（公元前179～前143年）废弃。说明2000多年前中国的造船技术已达到了较高的水平。

秦代造船遗址为全国重点文物保护单位。
