大荔县黄河滩区位于大荔县城以东约二十五公里的赵渡乡赵渡村，位于黄河、洛河、渭河交汇之处，东依黄河与山西省相望，南临渭河与潼关县毗邻，西靠洛河与韦林镇相接。
大荔县黄河滩区属于黄河湿地自然保护区，总面积达63624公顷，天水一色、风光秀丽尽现湖光之美，每到节假日和周末，有来自省城西安、渭南和周围的游客，到这里欣赏黄河风光、品尝黄河大鲤鱼。
