萨尔特是西班牙加泰罗尼亚赫罗纳省的一个市镇，坐落于特尔河（Ter）右岸，临近赫罗纳，虽然不是很大，但却是赫罗纳省人口密度第二大城市，此外，也是视听及多媒体学院所在地。
萨尔特最早于823年在记载中被发现，在中世纪的时候人口依然稀少，人口的增长主要是因为纺织业的迅速发展，使得大量人口聚集于此。目前的萨尔特是一座静谧而安逸的小城，适合喜欢宁静的人居住，可以享受到人生中静美的时光。
