东厢为“册房”，掌管公府地亩册契。后另有一院，北屋为“司房”，掌管公府总务、财务。西厢为“书房”，掌公府私人文书。屋内正中高悬着意为六代人和睦相处，生活美满的“六代含贻”匾额，为乾隆皇帝手书，当时孔府六代同堂。
