The Golden Khan Mongolian Tribe is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The Golden Khan Mongolian Tribe is the only tourist attraction in Hulunbuir featuring a nomadic tribal landscape, situated by the Morgele River, known as "China's First Meandering River," on the Hulunbuir Grassland. This is a world-renowned natural pasture where many northern nomadic ethnic groups in Chinese history once roamed and thrived. From the late 12th to the early 13th century, the great Genghis Khan once camped here, training his troops and competing with other tribes, eventually dominating the Hulunbuir Grassland. The layout of the Golden Khan site is a scaled-down recreation of Genghis Khan’s traveling camp.

Every summer, Mongolian and Ewenki herders from Chen Barga Banner who practice the "Otter" (nomadic) lifestyle naturally form a nomadic tribal community in this picturesque area of lush grass and clear waters. With blue skies, white clouds, winding rivers, green pastures, herds of livestock, yurts, and curling smoke, it has become one of the world’s rare sacred lands of nomadic culture.

The Golden Khan Mongolian Tribe offers a bonfire gala, thrilling horse lassoing and taming performances, Mongolian-style wrestling, traditional strength contests, Oboo worship ceremonies, Shaman religious culture performances, and a rich culinary culture, providing every visitor with an authentic and immersive experience.

Bayan Kuren Town: Bayan Kuren Town is the seat of the Chen Barga Banner government. The Chen Barga Banner lies between longitude 118°22′30″ to 121°10′45″ east and latitude 48°43′18″ to 50°10′35″ north. It borders Yakeshi City and Erguna City to the east and northeast, neighbors Hailar District to the southeast, connects with the Ewenki Autonomous Banner to the south, faces Xin Barga Left Banner to the west, and looks toward Russia across the Erguna River to the northwest. The banner spans approximately 122 kilometers from east to west and about 125 kilometers from north to south, covering a total area of 21,192 square kilometers.
