Busuli Resort Villa is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Busuli Villa Tourist Area is situated in a mountain valley along a tributary of the Ganhe River in the Greater Khingan Mountains. Originally called the Gaxian Valley Military Base, it was the largest comprehensive logistical military base in Northeast China. In 1999, the military withdrew from the base and transferred it to local authorities. The area features a typical cold-temperate continental climate, with vegetation primarily consisting of mixed coniferous and broadleaf forests dominated by larch. The land is rich in water and grass, home to various species of birds and animals. The gently rolling and winding mountain terrain makes it suitable for tourism development. Covering an area of 23.4 square kilometers, it includes a 50,000-square-meter lake, 100,000 square meters of lawn, 20,000 wild trees, a 5,000-square-meter hotel, a 400-square-meter restaurant, two 600-square-meter villas, a 600-square-meter bathhouse, and two magnificent European-style mountain gates. It currently has 110 guest room beds, a restaurant that can accommodate over 200 people dining simultaneously, and a leisure club specifically designed for tourist entertainment. Existing attractions include the Exhibition Hall, General’s Building, Oil Depot, Cave Depot, Missile Depot, Weapon Depot, and the “First Northern Watch” Water Scenic Spot.

In 2001, the People's Government of the Oroqen Autonomous Banner attracted investment, and the Xingda Coal Company of the Greater Khingan region transformed the military base into a tourist area. The goal was to enhance public awareness of national defense, provide patriotic education, and promote the spirit of the Chinese People's Liberation Army—hard work, preparedness, bravery, and endurance.
