Tuoba Xianbei Ethnic Culture Park is a National AA-level tourist attraction.

Tuoba Xianbei Ethnic Culture Park is located in Gaxian Valley Forest Farm, Oroqen Autonomous Banner, Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The park covers an area of 15,819 hectares and is 10 kilometers from Alihe Town. In 2002, it was rated as a National AA-level tourist attraction. In 2006, the Civilization Office of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Tourism Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region awarded it as one of the Top Ten Historical Scenic Areas of Inner Mongolia.

As one of the city's top ten public welfare projects, the Tuoba Xianbei Ethnic Culture Park project focuses on the planning area of Gaxian Cave Forest Park in Alihe Town, Oroqen Autonomous Banner. It takes the Gaxian Cave Northern Wei Dynasty Taiping Zhenjun Four-Year Stone Inscription, a national key cultural relic protection unit, as its historical foundation. Following the overall planning concept of "respecting ecology, integrating with nature, making good use of culture, and creating experiences," the park showcases the design theme of "the grand history of northern ethnic groups represented by the Tuoba Xianbei and the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature in the ecological civilization of the Greater Khingan Mountains." It is a tourism and cultural park that integrates multiple functional zones including "cultural leisure, in-depth sightseeing, high-end reception, vacation wellness, and sports fitness."

In 2011, the park invested 30.68 million yuan to complete the first phase of construction, mainly building facilities such as the scenic area entrance and stone pathways. This has greatly driven the development of the autonomous banner’s tourism industry and provided a new platform for promoting and showcasing the historical culture of the Tuoba Xianbei and the culture of the Oroqen people.
