Dawen Village: Located to the north of Dongchong Town, Dawen Village is bordered by Xiaowu and Tianyi villages across the Liugang Waterway to the southwest, adjoins Shiji Village to the north, connects to Dongchong Village to the east, and neighbors Nanchong Village to the south. Villagers reside along both banks of Dawen Stream, Shabinliang Stream, and Bangjie Stream, with some living near the Liugang River. The main surnames among villagers include Guo, Chen, He, Liang, and Lu. In 1953, Dawen was part of Shiji Township. After the establishment of the People's Commune in 1958, it merged with Shabinliang to form the Dawen Brigade. In 1960, it separated from Shabinliang and became an independent brigade.
