A major new tourist attraction in Lianshan County — the Swan Lake Ecotourism Scenic Area is located southwest of Futang Town in the Zhuang area of Lianshan County, about five kilometers from the town center. Swan Lake is an artificial lake, essentially a reservoir. The lake surface is breezy with shimmering ripples, the banks are a deep blue-green hue, surrounded by pristine mountains, while white clouds from the sky are reflected in the water, creating a seamless blend of water and sky. In recent years, Lianshan County has vigorously developed tourism. Taking advantage of the local landscape, a resort has been built by the lake. Log cabin villas are neatly arranged along the serene lakeside, making it an ideal getaway for those weary of the hustle and bustle of city life. The scenic area is embraced by five towering peaks over 1,500 meters in elevation: Liumiao Mountain, Twelve Peaks Mountain, Deer Mountain, Five-Finger Mountain, and Hengshui Mountain. The mountains are often shrouded in mist, creating a mysterious and ethereal atmosphere. Covered in pristine forests, the area teems with wild charm and remains largely untouched by human presence. Numerous mountain springs and waterfalls, crystal clear and delightful, flow gently into Swan Lake, together forming this incredibly rich natural ecological zone.
