Shanghu Hot Spring

Shanghu Hot Spring, also known as Xialong Hot Spring or Xialong Tang, is located in Xialong, Shanghu Town. There are two spring sources, about 20 meters apart, with water temperatures of 44°C and 56°C respectively. The locals refer to the cooler spring, suitable for men to bathe in, as the "men’s bath," and the hotter one, suitable for women, as the "women’s bath." The hot spring has a large flow rate, good water color, low degree of mineralization, and is of high quality. It is of the sodium carbonate type and contains over 20 types of minerals beneficial to human physiology. According to experts, it is one of the highest-quality hot springs among the more than 300 hot springs in Guangdong Province, making it ideal natural bathing water for wellness. A hot spring entertainment center has now been built, covering an area of 4,500 square meters with a construction area of 2,100 square meters. It includes two hot spring resorts equipped with facilities such as a Chinese restaurant, hot spring bath guest rooms, a sauna center, and a karaoke hall. There are also two hot spring resorts available for rest.
