The Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Park of the Jipuxi Revolutionary Base is a classic red tourism destination.

The Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Park of the Jipuxi Revolutionary Base is located in Jipuxi, Xintian Town. The memorial park is built on a golden turtle-shaped hill nestled among mountains, consisting of an archway, a martyrs' memorial cemetery, stairways leading up the hill, Jingying Pavilion, and a memorial monument, covering a total area of 15 hectares.

In front of the archway of the memorial park stands a stone tablet inscribed with “Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Park of the Jipuxi Revolutionary Base,” written by General Yang Deqing, former political commissar of the Guangzhou Military Region. After entering the archway, the left side features the martyrs' memorial cemetery, straight ahead are 299 steps, halfway up the hill sits Jingying Pavilion, and at the summit stands a monument inscribed with “Eternal Glory to Revolutionary Martyrs.” In front of the monument is a granite bust of Yang Qishan, member of the Fifth Central Committee.

The Jipuxi Revolutionary Base was once the site of revolutionary leadership organs such as the Dongjiang Special Committee, the Hailuhuizhi County Committee, the Hailuhuizhi County Soviet Area, the 2nd Division of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army, the 49th Regiment of the Red Army, the Lufeng County Committee, and the Lufeng County Soviet Government. Nearby sites such as Gaogangzi, Anjing Village, Sanjiangkou, Qiaozitou, and Niujiaowo include former locations of Red Army hospitals, munitions factories, and military supply depots.
