Qingquan Valley Scenic Area

The Qingquan Valley Natural Scenic Area is located in the heart of the Nulu'erhu Mountain Range, 30 li southeast of Sijiazi Town. The area is sparsely populated, covered with wild almond blossoms that turn the hillsides pink during blooming season, filling the air with fragrance and attracting bees and butterflies. The valley contains over a hundred species of lush, thriving trees such as pine, cypress, hazel, locust, maple, oak, birch, jujube, pear, lilac, and unnamed varieties, creating a vibrant, flourishing landscape. The "Mushroom Stone" is embedded among the greenery and flowers, looking remarkably lifelike.

The scenic area is home to more than ten species of precious birds, including pheasants, magpies, larks, plovers, eagles, and swallows. Throughout the area, you’ll find babbling streams and the chirping of birds, creating a refreshing and delightful atmosphere.

The "Stone Gate" in the valley features steep cliffs, rugged rocks, and uniquely vivid rock formations. At the bottom of the valley, water gushes from cracks in the stone, flowing gently along the rocky walls. Thick layers of ice accumulate in caves within the rocks, providing a cool retreat for visitors to enjoy—this ice only begins to melt in the height of summer, a truly amazing sight.

The "Flying Dragon Waterfall" cascades down the cliffs year-round, never running dry. Downstream from the waterfall, a crystal-clear stream babbles softly.

The scenic area also includes over ten attractions such as the "Ten-Mile Apricot Blossom Slope," "Yanwang's Nose," "Heavenly Stairs," and "Immortal’s Cave," offering endless sights that captivate and enchant visitors.
