Banbury is located 103 km northwest of London, 61 km southeast of Birmingham, and 43 km south of Coventry. It is a city in Oxfordshire, in the southern part of England, UK. The area is also an important commercial and retail hub locally and is home to the world’s largest Kraft Foods coffee processing facility.

This charming city is rich in tourist attractions. The towering Banbury Cross was erected in 1859 to commemorate the marriage of Prince Frederick of Prussia and Princess Victoria. Nearby stand majestic statues of Queen Victoria, King Edward VII, and King George V. The Torr Works, established in 1790, is an ironworks site with a history of 200 years. The Banbury Museum, situated by the Oxford Canal, provides a comprehensive overview of local history. The historic Banbury Town Hall and St. Mary’s Church, rebuilt in the 1790s, are prime examples of Oxfordshire architectural style.
