Scuol

Scuol is situated in the Engadin Valley, where the ancient Romansh language is preserved. With its tranquil streets, fresh air, and abundant sunshine, it is full of charm. Esteemed since the Middle Ages, Scuol has around 20 thermal springs. Its fame spread across Europe thanks to numerous eminent physicians who documented the therapeutic effects of Scuol’s mineral waters. In 1993, it was transformed into a modern spa center equipped with Roman-Irish baths, steam rooms, thermal massages, and other contemporary facilities.

The spring water can also be used for drinking therapy. The village has nine drinking fountains with two taps each, allowing visitors to drink the natural mineral water directly from the tap. The spa facilities include both indoor and outdoor thermal pools, as well as additional services such as steam rooms, Roman-Irish baths, and massages. Operating hours are Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with admission closing one hour before the spa’s daily closing time.
