Zhurihe means “heart” in Mongolian. At the western foot of the mountain lies Daiqin Lake. Both Zhurihe Mountain and Daiqin Lake have long been renowned as auspicious sites, celebrated by successive Tüsheet Khan princes. Daiqin Lake serves as an important stopover for the whooper swan, a second-class nationally protected rare bird species.

The Zhurihe Mountain tourism area is located within the Wujiafeng Nature Reserve, 20 kilometers from Bayanhot Town, the seat of the banner government. The area is surrounded by gracefully elegant and gracefully shaped Wujiafeng trees, stretching across the Daiqintala Grassland at the foot of the mountain. It carries the legacy of the Horqin Banner, with its endless blue waves. On the tranquil Daiqin Lake, rare birds glide overhead and reeds sway gently, while the lake quietly recounts the vicissitudes of the Tüsheet Khan Palace. The area’s natural landscapes and diverse ecological environments have made Horqin Right Middle Banner a world-renowned destination for leisure, vacation, and scientific research. Its unique geographical location and superior ecological environment provide an ideal feeding and habitat ground for numerous migratory birds. In summer and autumn, the graceful and vibrant Wujiafeng forests surrounding Zhurihe Mountain offer visitors boundless enjoyment of nature.
