Introduction Backed by the cathedral, on the right side there is a tall, beautiful arcade with arched glass that leads all the way to Piazza della Scala. Completed in 1877, the paintings near the ceiling and the mosaic patterns on the pavement are exquisitely crafted—don’t miss them.

The street is lined with cafés, restaurants, bookstores, and hamburger shops, bustling year-round with locals and tourists taking a rest. Passing through this passage leads to Piazza della Scala, where there is a statue of Leonardo da Vinci.
