The Site of the Anti-Japanese Democratic Government of Jingle County is located in Shazudi, Xiaobai Shi Village, Dujiaoqu Town, Loufan County.

In January 1940, the Anti-Japanese Democratic Government of Jingle County was established in Loufan, with Shi Shuming serving as the county magistrate. During the Anti-Japanese War, the democratic government operated jointly with the CPC Jingle County Committee within Loufan territory, functioning in a mobile guerrilla manner. It was stationed successively in villages such as Loufan, Puyu, Sanyuan, Xiaobai Shi, Tuánbǎo, and Hanjiagou. In September 1942, the Anti-Japanese Democratic Government and the CPC Jingle County Committee were stationed in Xiaobai Shi Village, along with the troops led by Zhang Shuzhi, commander of the 3rd Battalion of the 716th Regiment of the 358th Brigade of the Eighth Route Army. On September 26, Japanese forces stationed in Loufan advanced toward Dabai Shi in an attempt to attack our party and government offices. Yang Xin, the Party secretary, and Zhang Shuzhi, commander of the 3rd Battalion, set up an ambush at Heigeta and eliminated over ten Japanese soldiers. The site originally had fourteen or fifteen earthen cave dwellings and five houses, all of which have now collapsed. Only remnants such as a stone millstone and mill roller remain.

Dujiaoqu Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Loufan County and the seat of the county government. Established as the Loufan Commune in 1958 and restructured as a town in 1983. Located in the central part of the county, it covers an area of 56 square kilometers and has a population of 16,000.
