Casa Loma Castle was built in the early 20th century by the wealthy financier Sir Henry Pellat. It boasts 98 exquisitely decorated rooms, along with towers, a 270-meter-long tunnel, extensive stables, as well as a greenhouse conservatory and gardens. The medieval armor lining the corridors and the creaking wooden floors inside the castle create a time-travel experience, making you feel as if you’ve stepped into a grand mansion from a century ago. Transportation: Take the subway to Dupont, then walk 2 blocks north, or take the Davenport 127 bus and get off at the intersection of Davenport Street and Spadina Street. Tickets / Opening Hours: Opening hours: Daily from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, last entry at 4:00 PM, closed on December 25. Fees: Adult admission C$12 (US$9.60), high school and middle school students aged 14–17 C$7.50 (US$6). Children aged 4–13 C$6.75 (US$5.40), children under 3 free.
