Ma'in Hot Springs

Ma'in Hot Springs has been a wellness destination since Roman times, where people came for thermal therapy or simply to enjoy a hot bath. Today, it features a four-star hotel along with leisure, bathing, and clinical medical facilities. Behind the waterfall, there's a small cave that serves as a natural steam room. The hot spring pools have a strong flow of water, and the water temperature is very high, though the temperature is slightly lower in the waterfall valley due to cold water seepage.

Note: Swimsuits are not worn in the hot springs. Locals typically enter the water fully clothed, and women often do not even remove their headscarves.

Transportation

No buses serve the area. You can hire a car in Madaba to visit Mount Nebo and Ma'in Hot Springs, at around 15 JD per car.

Ticket/Opening Hours 5 dinars. Keep your ticket to access the pool area for changing or swimming.
