Introduction The Beverly Hills Taoist Temple in Cebu is located in Beverly Hills, about 6 kilometers north of downtown Cebu. This is a high-end residential area built on a gentle slope, where many wealthy overseas Chinese in Cebu reside. Within the area, there is a corner that houses a Taoist temple — the Beverly Hills Taoist Temple, the first Chinese temple in the locality. It enshrines the spirit tablet of Laozi, the great Chinese philosopher, and serves as a spiritual anchor for the overseas Chinese in Cebu.

Going further uphill from the temple leads to the best scenic viewpoint in Cebu City, especially enchanting at night. About 2 kilometers ahead from the temple, you will find a zoo and a museum. It is said that there is a miraculous spring along the way to the temple that can cure all ailments. 　Transportation

Taking a taxi from the city center to this location costs around P120–130. Alternatively, you can take a jeepney from the corner of Jacosalem Street and Colon Street heading to Lahug, get off at the Beverly Hills area, and then walk to the temple.
