City Hall Building
Introduction The City Hall Building was constructed in 1937 and is located on Osmena Boulevard in Cebu. Its grand and beautiful exterior resembles the White House in the United States. Fuente Osmena is situated at the center of the boulevard and is named after Sergio Osmena, a Republican president of Cebu. The circular Sergio Osmena park serves as a leisure spot for locals and is especially lively in the evenings. The park features a skating rink.
