Cologdo Museum

The Cologdo Museum is situated on Anda Street in Cebu City, Cebu Province. It was built in the mid-19th century and acquired by a well-known Cebu family. This family resided there for four generations before it served as the home of Cebu's first bishop. In 1991, it was recognized as a National Historical Landmark and is now open to the public as a museum.

The first floor of the museum was once used as a storage area and now houses the museum offices and art exhibition space. The second floor mainly displays collections of furniture, kitchenware, clothing, books, paintings, and other items. Visitors can explore rooms such as bedrooms, kitchens, and dining areas, giving them a glimpse into the lifestyle of the aristocracy between 1860 and 1920. The Cologdo Museum also features an elegant small courtyard that is truly picturesque, with local plants, blooming flowers, and birds singing in a harmonious setting.
