Independence Tower
"Pakistani Independence Tower" Tourist Attraction Introduction The Pakistani Independence Tower (MINAR-E-PAKISTAN) stands opposite Badshahi Mosque and Lahore Fort. This tower symbolizes Pakistan’s independence. On March 23, 1940, the Muslim League held a meeting here and passed the resolution to establish Pakistan as an independent Muslim nation. Later, the Independence Tower was built on the site of that historic meeting.
