The Scented Tea Museum is located on a traditional street in Jongno District, Seoul. It is a tea department store that brings together all things related to tea. Not only does it showcase over 110 types of tea and tea utensils from around the world, but it also houses a museum and gallery preserving related cultural artifacts, features a teahouse for tea tasting, and includes a shop selling world-renowned teas. It can truly be described as a museum that is both delicious and entertaining.

The Scented Tea Museum is a traditional Korean-style hanok. As soon as visitors enter the museum, the first thing they see is the tea shop selling famous teas from around the world. Here you can purchase a variety of teas such as Assam tea (a black tea produced in Assam, India), Earl Grey tea (a type of green tea), lotus tea, yellow tea, as well as ceramics and tea ware handcrafted by artists. Passing through the tea shop, you will find the world-renowned teas displayed in the museum, including China’s Yunnan “Pu’er Tea,” Taiwan’s famous “Lishan Tea” cultivated at an altitude of 1,900 meters, and England’s Queen Elizabeth II’s favorite “Oriental Beauty Tea,” among other premium teas from around the globe, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in the world of tea.
