Formerly known as the Osaka World Trade Center Building (Osaka World Trade Center Building), and now also called the Cosmo Tower (Cosmo Tower), the Osaka Prefectural Sakishima Building is a skyscraper located in Suminoe Ward, Osaka City. It is an iconic building within Osaka Bay and one of the most famous observation spots in the city.

Completed in 1995, the Osaka Prefectural Sakishima Building has 55 floors and reaches a total height of 256 meters. It is the tallest skyscraper in Osaka Prefecture and currently the second tallest building in Japan. Visitors can reach the top floor from the ground floor in just 80 seconds via elevator. The building houses various facilities including a museum, a large hotel, an observation deck, office spaces, and meeting rooms, combining tourism, leisure, and business functions.
