Yangta Village Brick Pagoda (Yanggao Liao Brick Pagoda) is a cultural relic protection unit of Shanxi Province.

Yangta Village Brick Pagoda, also known as Yanggao Liao Brick Pagoda, is located about 300 meters northeast of Yangta Village, Shizitun Township, Yanggao County. It is a brick pagoda from the Liao Dynasty, standing eight meters tall and featuring a hexagonal five-tiered dense-eave solid brick structure. The Sumeru pedestal is two meters high with a side width of 1.2 meters, and the brick surface displays herringbone grooves. The base was restored in 1988.

Yangta Village Pagoda faces south and is a hexagonal five-tiered dense-eave solid brick pagoda, consisting of three parts: the body, the base, and the finial. It has an overall height of approximately 8 meters. The base is hexagonal in plan, with each side about 2 meters long. It features a double-layered waist Sumeru pedestal stacked together, about 1 meter high, with upturned lotus petals on the upper section. Each face of the pedestal is equipped with engaged columns but no doors or windows. Below each tier of eaves, there are wood-like brick carvings including architraves, brackets, and other components. The eaves gradually become narrower toward the top, and the upper eaves gently curve inward. The corners exhibit pronounced upturned features, giving the pagoda a distinct silhouette.

The body of Yangta Village Pagoda is structurally stable, small yet exquisite, with elegant form and harmonious proportions.

Yangta Village Pagoda is a remnant structure from the Liao Dynasty and is one of the existing physical examples of Liao Dynasty pagodas in Shanxi.

In 2016, Yangta Village Brick Pagoda was included in the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural relic protection units.
