The Daxinzhuang Fort Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Yanggao County.

The Daxinzhuang Fort Site dates back to the Ming Dynasty and is located in Daxinzhuang Village, Youzai Town, Yanggao County.

On December 25, 2018, the Daxinzhuang Fort Site was designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection unit of Yanggao County.

Protected area: bounded by the fortress walls, extending 10 meters outward in all directions. Construction control zone: bounded by the protected area, extending 50 meters outward in all directions.

Youzai Town: Youzai Town is located at the southernmost tip of the county, backed by the Sanggan River and facing the Liuleng Mountain. It is 60 kilometers from the county seat and covers an area of 145 square kilometers. The geology consists of igneous rock, and the foothills feature alluvial fans—some with layers of volcanic pumice, others covered by gravel layers up to 150 meters thick. Starting in 1952 with the construction of the first high-lift irrigation station in Dongcetian Village, the town has invested in water conservancy projects, building a total of 19 large and small irrigation stations and over 40 kilometers of anti-seepage canals.
