Tomb of Li Peiren

The Tomb of Li Peiren is a cultural heritage protection unit of Yanggao County.

The Tomb of Li Peiren dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is located 1,500 meters northwest of Xibei Village, Longquan Town, Yanggao County.

On December 25, 2018, the Tomb of Li Peiren was designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection unit of Yanggao County.

Construction control zone: extending 100 meters outward in all directions from the protected area boundary.

Longquan Town: Longquan Town is the political, economic, and cultural center of Yanggao. It lies 50 kilometers west of Datong, the “coal capital,” and 300 kilometers east of Beijing, the capital city. It is traversed by the Dazhang Highway, Shenfeng Highway, and the Beijing-Baotou Railway, giving it a unique transportation and geographical advantage. The town covers a total area of 183.4 square kilometers and governs 29 administrative villages and 10 neighborhood committees. It has a total of 39,711 households and a population of 99,860, including 13,517 agricultural households with 44,848 people.
