The Huyao Guan Yu Temple Stage is a cultural heritage protection unit of Yanggao County.

The Huyao Guan Yu Temple Stage dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is located in the old village of Huyao, Longquan Town, Yanggao County.

On December 25, 2018, the Huyao Guan Yu Temple Stage was designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection unit of Yanggao County.

Protected area: within 10 meters outward from the boundaries of the heritage site itself. Construction control zone: extending 50 meters outward from the boundaries of the protected area.

Longquan Town: In 2021, Yanggao County abolished Beixutun Township and fully incorporated it into Longquan Town. The administrative area of Longquan Town consists of the former administrative areas of both Beixutun Township and the original Longquan Town. The town government is located at No. 120, Yunmen Street.

Longquan Town is the political, economic, and cultural center of Yanggao. It lies 50 kilometers west of Datong, the “Coal Capital,” and 300 kilometers east of Beijing, the capital city. Major transportation routes such as the Dazhang Highway, Shenfeng Highway, and the Beijing-Baotou Railway run through the town, giving it a unique transport and location advantage.
