Sha Tin Town Hall is the second public cultural and entertainment centre in Hong Kong after the Hong Kong City Hall. It was officially opened on 16 January 1987 and is located at 1 Yu Wo Road, Sha Tin, New Territories. The construction of Sha Tin Town Hall cost HK$138 million, making it a major cultural hub in eastern New Territories, frequently hosting events such as drama, music, and dance performances.

Sha Tin Town Hall is widely recognised as one of the finest performing arts venues in Hong Kong and serves as the cultural heart of eastern New Territories. It features three main large-scale venues: the Concert Hall, the Auditorium, and the Exhibition Hall. The Concert Hall has a stage area of 323 square metres and accommodates 1,372 seats. It is equipped with an orchestra pit, a computer-controlled professional stage lighting system, high-quality sound systems, a concert grand piano, timpani, multimedia projectors, and stages and risers for orchestras and choirs. The Auditorium spans 378 square metres and features movable seating and risers, with a capacity of 300 spectators. It is outfitted with a movable stage, computer-controlled lighting, professional audio equipment, multimedia projectors, a baby grand piano, acoustic panels, a retractable screen, and dressing rooms. The Exhibition Hall covers either 378 or 189 square metres (selectable), and is equipped with low-heat spotlights, audio equipment, display boards, slide projectors, and a retractable screen.

In addition, Sha Tin Town Hall offers auxiliary facilities such as dance studios, music rooms, meeting rooms, lecture rooms, and practice rooms. There is also a Chinese seafood restaurant, a specialty eatery, and the Sha Tin Public Library located on the Town Hall podium.
