Ma On Shan Park is a park located in Ma On Shan, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong. Situated at 12 On Chun Street, it covers an area of approximately 5.5 hectares and was built at a cost of over HK$96 million. The park officially opened on August 3, 1998, and is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Visitors can enjoy views of Tolo Harbour and gaze at the peaks of the Eight Immortals Mountain Range. Facilities in the park include an exhibition area introducing the mining history of Ma On Shan, a maze-style garden, a uniquely designed children’s playground, a fitness jogging trail, as well as a pebble path and fitness equipment suitable for senior citizens.

Chinese White Dolphin Sculpture: A focal point at Ocean Square, named “Leap,” this bronze-colored sculpture created by Ko Wah-man in 1997 depicts a group of lively dolphins.

Mining History Exhibition: Introduces the mining history of Ma On Shan and the structure of mining pits, featuring mineral specimens and mining equipment.

Sha Tin District Council Time Capsule: To enhance public understanding of the District Council, strengthen community cohesion, and foster a sense of belonging, the Sha Tin District Council placed the “Sha Tin District Council Time Capsule” in Ma On Shan Park on December 14, 2002, in celebration of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Ma On Shan.
